On the 1st of October 2020 “Bin Hilal Petroleum LLC- Abu Dhabi” and “Jawar Al Khaleej Shipping LLC” signed an agreement establishing a Synergy framework for “ADNOC” Services.
This is in regard to the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals for Tenders and Contracts within the marine vessels, Oilfield equipment and marine services within Abu Dhabi Territorial waters and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company “ADNOC” controlled areas.
Both Parties recognize the efficiency of working together for the purpose of competitive responses to the Tender/contract requirements. This in turn will allow the maximization of solutions and resulting in effective contracts.
