Jawar Al Khaleej Shipping LLC (JAK) is pleased to announce the latest milestone in its ongoing Search and Rescue Center project in Basra, Iraq. As part of the 20-year service contract awarded by the Iraqi Ports Authority, JAK has taken delivery of four cutting-edge ambulance vehicles, fully equipped and designed to meet the highest international standards for emergency response.
These modern ambulances are built to provide rapid and efficient medical support both offshore and onshore, further enhancing the Center’s capabilities in addressing maritime emergencies and oil spill responses. Each vehicle complies with globally recognized safety and operational guidelines, ensuring that JAK is fully prepared to handle critical situations in a timely and professional manner.
With this addition, JAK continues to reinforce its commitment to safeguarding lives and supporting the Iraqi community by providing world-class services through the Basra Search and Rescue Center.
