Jawar Al Khaleej (JAK) is pleased to announce the successful delivery of its new ASD Tug 2811, JAWAR 34, built and operated under a strategic partnership with the Iraqi Supreme Maritime Authority (ISMA).
The vessel was ordered on 5 March 2025 and officially delivered during a formal ceremony held on 25 September 2025.
JAK and ISMA maintain a long-standing collaboration in the provision of critical maritime services, including the monitoring and inspection of foreign vessels operating within Iraqi territorial waters. The delivery of JAWAR 34 marks a significant advancement in operational capability, strengthening all-weather offshore support for Port State Control inspection activities.
This milestone follows the earlier delivery of an inspection tender and further reflects JAK’s ongoing commitment to enhancing Iraq’s maritime safety, compliance, and regulatory enforcement infrastructure.
